Description
1. Set-up & manage the HR department by developing and implementing all HR Policies, strategies and procedures.- Implement and develop policies regarding work conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures, and absence and vacation management.
- Monitor the wellbeing of all employees, provide counseling and solve conflicts
- Administering payroll activities and timely salary deposits for employees ensuring 80% and above of salaries are disbursed through WPS
- Control and monitor a thorough compliance with the HR policies of the company
- Lead employee relations resolutions and investigations pertaining to issues such as disciplinary actions and employee grievances.
- Objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult performance issues by acting as a neutral advocate.
- Play a lead role on pay and remuneration issues such as benefits and promotions.
- Consult with employees and managers to address issues and develop solutions
- Ensure employee exits are done in compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations
- Responsible for Updating and maintaining the employee database
- Organize periodic renewal of Company Trade licenses and other governmental requirements etc
- Ensure all visa renewals are done in a timely manner to ensure no fines are accumulated.
- Handle the health insurance for all company employees (New, Renewal & Deletion) which is mandatory for visa processing
- Performance review of staff is done in timely manner
- Self-correspondence, prepare letters, memorandums, reports & disciplinary letters as per standards
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
