Description
Responsibilities of Procurement Manager / Procurement Engineers (MEP/Mechanical/ Electrical) includes:
a) To procure equipment, materials & systems complying to project Quality and Specification requirements.

b) To procure materials and subcontract in timely manner within approved budgeted cost.

c) Prior to ordering, to check all ex-stocks availability in central stores and sub stores.

d) To ensure timely delivery of equipment, material & systems to support site installation works as per approved work program.

e) All procurement process should comply to management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost, and quality.

f) Prepares documentation for internal process as per UAE importing Standards.

j) Overall 2-5 years' experience

k) Employment Contract duration shall be for minimum 2 years.


Requirements:


  • Must be clean and possesses strong Leadership, Communication and Negotiation Skills.
  • Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

  • Procurement
  • Overall 25 years' experience, out of which 2 years in field of materials and services procurement for Firefighting services.
