Business Development:


Assist with the development and implementation of strategies for winning Corporate B-2-B business from target clients (Training Managers / HR Managers / Ex-Students / Senior Managers or Directors) using appropriate databases, media, industry information.

Create proposals for new requirements and also involve in follow-ups & convincing clients to join the program.

Research new opportunities and assist with the identification and management of opportunities and develop 'leads' through our internal systems.

Coordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.

Coordinate all the activities related to the execution of the trainings for both In-House and Online Programs.


HR / Internal Operations Coordination:

Work with management to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees

Execute the recruitment process for any required positions for the organization.

Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees

Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbook current.

Administer or change benefits, health plans, etc.

Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive

Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees

Ensure ISO standards of quality are met for the company services

Administer the Government works of the entire Organization which may involve licenses renewal, employee recruitment process, etc.


Provide office management activities - Daily registration management, Client Management, Student activities management, batch management, preparing invoices and receipts, bank deposits, administrating mock exams.

Excellent Customer service to make sure that our hospitality and timely response is satisfying the Clients.


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- secretary: 2 years (preferred)
