We are looking for a FEMALE sales agent preferably with experience.
Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Female Real Estate Agent located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties, providing market advice, negotiating deals, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.

Assisting clients to make sound propertypurchasing decisions.
Finding clients in need of consultancy ervices through coldcalling, advertising, and business presentations.
Analyzing market trends and demographics to identify the most soughtafter and profitable areas.
Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.
Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell.
Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients.
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services.
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field (Minimum 1 Year Exp)
Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and selfmotivated
Creative problemsolving skills
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not required)
