Responsibilities

Functional:


  • Manage team of field marketing managers locally and remotely tracking progress & performance.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and drive strategic marketing & retail sales activity to reach global and local objectives.
  • Identify new channels to market across retail/distribution, ATL and BTL marketing activities to overachieve ROI.
  • Identify new customer groups to expand addressable audience.
  • Develop a targeted promotional campaign calendar product launches, engagement campaigns etc.
  • Work with design and digital teams to implement media objectives and strategies for paid marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the Entertainer's business.
  • Develop retail & merchandising strategy specifically for UAE & GCC.
  • Keep current on retail and media trends.
  • Develop various targeted campaigns.

Controlling:


  • Measure progress on own KPIs
  • Measure project plan against timeline

KPIs:


  • Identifying cost effective routes to market in all territories.
  • Downloads, direct & retail sales of the Entertainer App.
  • 3rd party partner campaign conversion rates into Database.
  • Additional revenue streams and volume added to the Entertainer through the merchants

Skills and Experience
-
10+ years' experience in Marketing within the retail, media or FMCG fields:


  • Must have experience with Digital marketing:
  • Must have managed a marketing team across multiple countries.
  • Skilled in project management, strategy, planning, and reporting
  • Must be Knowledgeable in Microsoft, Database, HTML/Web.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong Communication Skills in English is a
    must. Arabic advantageous.
  • Must be willing to travel
