The
Content Marketing Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of content creators and strategists to develop and execute effective content marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals and objectives.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of content marketing best practices.

The
Content Marketing Team Leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure that the content marketing strategy drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.


Key Responsibilities:


Content Strategy Development:


  • Develop and refine the content marketing strategy based on the company's goals and target audience.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and trends.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of content marketing efforts.

Team Leadership and Management:


  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor content creators, writers, designers, and strategists.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for team members and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.

Content Creation and Production:


  • Oversee the planning, creation, and distribution of various content types, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
  • Ensure that all content is aligned with the brand's voice, style, and messaging.

Content Distribution and Promotion:


  • Monitor and analyze content performance and make datadriven adjustments as needed.

Content Calendar Management:


  • Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of highquality content.
  • Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines and deliver content on schedule.

Budget Management:


  • Manage the content marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track expenses.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize spending and maximize ROI.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:


  • Collaborate with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer support to align content marketing efforts with broader business goals.
  • Engage with external partners, agencies, or freelancers when necessary.

Reporting and Analytics:


  • Generate regular reports on content performance, including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Use data insights to refine content strategies and improve outcomes.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

Bilingual is a MUST Arabic / English

  • Proven experience in content marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Salary:
AED6, AED10,000.00 per month
