Responsibilities:
- Requires cold calling and fixing appointments with investors and bringing sale. Build a network of potential clients through prospecting, coldcalling, and marketing efforts.
- Facetoface meetings to identify and engage prospective new clients.
- Guide and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Provides consultation and guidance to clients to optimize their investments or options.
- Conducting viewings and follow up.
- Negotiating offers and contracts.
- Maintain regular contact with all clients.
- Arabic and Russian Speaker will be an advantage.
Experience:
- Real estate: Minimum 6 months Required
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Salary:
AED3, AED7,000.00 per month
