Responsibilities:


  • Requires cold calling and fixing appointments with investors and bringing sale. Build a network of potential clients through prospecting, coldcalling, and marketing efforts.
  • Facetoface meetings to identify and engage prospective new clients.
  • Guide and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  • Provides consultation and guidance to clients to optimize their investments or options.
  • Conducting viewings and follow up.
  • Negotiating offers and contracts.
  • Maintain regular contact with all clients.
  • Arabic and Russian Speaker will be an advantage.

Experience:


  • Real estate: Minimum 6 months Required

Ability to commute/relocate:


Dubai:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Salary:
AED3, AED7,000.00 per month
