Description
Provide technical options and solutions to team leaders.

  • Offer technical recommendations for process and system improvements.
  • Assist in software module setup and configurations for branch systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors on Change Requests and Technical Support.
  • Contribute to project support activities, including Change Request Assessment, Patch Development, and Deployment.

Role Purpose:


  • Follow up and track services, coordinate vendor support, respond to service tickets promptly.
  • Track, resolve, and report incidents and known errors through approved processes.
  • Adhere to mandatory standards for service delivery.
  • Complete tasks within agreed time frames.
  • Submit reports based on ITD policies, attend meetings as required, and provide biweekly updates through the system. Submit reports related to the Client group, including international expansion.

Salary:
Up to AED15,000.00 per month


Ability to Commute:

  • Abu Dhabi (required)
