Branch Technical Support - Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates - Iconic IT
Description
Provide technical options and solutions to team leaders.- Offer technical recommendations for process and system improvements.
- Assist in software module setup and configurations for branch systems.
- Coordinate with vendors on Change Requests and Technical Support.
- Contribute to project support activities, including Change Request Assessment, Patch Development, and Deployment.
Role Purpose:
- Follow up and track services, coordinate vendor support, respond to service tickets promptly.
- Track, resolve, and report incidents and known errors through approved processes.
- Adhere to mandatory standards for service delivery.
- Complete tasks within agreed time frames.
- Submit reports based on ITD policies, attend meetings as required, and provide biweekly updates through the system. Submit reports related to the Client group, including international expansion.
Salary:
Up to AED15,000.00 per month
