Role Purpose:

The role of the HCDX Operations Lead will contribute towards defining the Human Capital Digital Strategy and overseeing all aspects of its Implementation.

The role holder will be responsible to lead companywide projects related to HC system transformation, and all related implementations.

Key responsibilities will include managing three levels of technical support teams located between Egypt, UAE, and other potential locations, while maintaining a superior level of key stakeholder satisfaction.


Role Profile:

  • Ensures SAP SuccessFactors architecture ranging from Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning Management, Compensation and Succession Management modules are well maintained.
  • Supports lines of business in optimizing business processes and increasing product utilization.
  • Contributes to business process design, perform system configuration & demonstrations and ensures cutover activities and hypercare/postgolive support are aligned with business timelines.
  • Gathers insights from internal service reports and the external market to identify continuous improvement opportunities for the ERP system.
  • Assists in the creation and definition of an integrated digital HC ecosystems of technologies (HCMS, Talent Acquisition, Talent Lifecycle, HC admin, Payroll Approval, Compensation Management) with a clearly defined roadmap to optimize business processes
  • Assists in defining the technical requirements by gathering business requirements through system enhancements, quality control measures to deliver an optimal employee experience.
  • Designs and implements a clear learning road map to support and train users on system functionalities to ensure full utilization of its different modules.
  • Contributes to the design and implementation of powerful reporting tools within SAP SuccessFactors (Story Reporting, SAC) to enable quick decision making and consistency of approach.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in progressive HC digitization experience and at least 10 years of demonstrated success in leading and developing a team.
  • Experience in Shared Services and HC system implementations life cycle.
  • Experience in fastpaced, highgrowth, changefriendly, and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, computer science or any other related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for this position.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certifications.
