Description
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Purchase Manager to manage the company's business. Responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers. The Sr.

Purchase Manager's duty is to discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses, so that the company can invest in growth and people.


  • 810 years of Procurement Management Experience in either working for a real estate developer, PMC/Design Consultancy or major civil contracting firm. Mandatory to have large building construction project exposure.
  • A degree in Supply Chain/ Procurement/ Materials Management/Business/ Economics or Real Estate related discipline;
  • Exposure to working in EPR environment is highly preferred.
  • Proven working experience as a Procurement Manager, Procurement Officer, or Head of Procurement.
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as dexterity in "reading" the market
  • Talent in negotiations and networking
  • Good knowledge of supplier or thirdparty management software
  • Aptitude in decisionmaking and working with numbers
  • Experience in collecting and analysing data
  • Strong leadership capabilities

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jumeirah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
