Immediate joining own Visa


We are in need of a skilled and motivated Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts on a 3 to 6 months contract basis.

This role will play a vital part in helping us identify and bring on board the right talent to meet our staffing needs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
  • Create and post job listings on various platforms.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
  • Check references and conduct background checks as required.
  • Extend offers of employment and assist with onboarding processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation (if required).
