Description

Oversee Daily Operations:
Manage the daily operations of the fitness center, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise fitness instructors, personal trainers, and other staff members.

Develop Programs: Design and implement fitness programs and classes to meet the needs and interests of members.

Customer Service: Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Budget Management: Create and manage budgets, ensuring the fitness center operates within financial constraints.

Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.

Facility Maintenance: Ensure the fitness center is clean, safe, and well-maintained, coordinating repairs and upgrades as needed.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.

Schedule Management: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all operating hours.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Membership Management: Oversee membership sales, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Event Planning: Organize and promote fitness events, workshops, and challenges to engage members and foster community.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on financial performance, membership statistics, and other key metrics.

Equipment Management: Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and inventory of fitness equipment.

Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and member experience.

Community Engagement: Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups to promote the fitness center.

Pay:
Up to AED5,000.00 per month
