Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the sales and rental teams, ensuring that all targets and KPIs are met
  • Recruit, train, and develop new agents to ensure that the team is always performing at its best
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the real estate industry
  • Monitor the performance of individual agents and provide feedback and coaching as needed
  • Provide guidance and support to the team on negotiating deals and closing sales
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company's properties and services
  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and developments in the Dubai real estate market

Requirements:


  • Experience in Dubai real estate industry
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and its trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage a large team of agents effectively
  • Fluent in English, ability to speak other languages are a bonus

Salary:
AED5, AED50,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
