Job Title:
Assistant Nanny - Tagalog Speaker

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily care and supervision of children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.
Collaborate with the lead Nanny to create a stimulating and engaging environment for childrens learning and development.
Communicate effectively with children in Tagalog, fostering a comfortable and nurturing atmosphere.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized childcare space, including tidying up after activities and meals.
Collaborate with other team members to plan and implement ageappropriate activities and educational games.
Ensure that children adhere to their daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and playtime.
Provide support during outings or activities outside the company accommodation, ensuring the safety of the children.
Establish and maintain open communication with parents, providing updates on daily activities and the childs wellbeing.

Requirements:

Fluent in Tagalog, with the ability to effectively communicate with children in the language.
Proven experience in a childcare role, with a genuine passion for working with children.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
A warm and caring demeanor, with patience and empathy for the unique needs of each child.
Ability to follow instructions and routines while also demonstrating initiative and creativity.
Must be willing to stay in companyprovided accommodation during the employment period.
Flexibility to work a fulltime schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Valid CPR and first aid certification is a plus.
