Description
The Role- Client Management.
- Booking appointments.
- Calendar and google sheets update
- Understanding product knowledge
- Assigning medicine value to nurse
- Acting as a bridge between nurses and clients for booking appointments.
- Handing over medicines to nurses and double checking medicine values and quantities.
- Verifying incentives (Upsell, referral, membership) and rosters for nurses.
- Checking medicine stocks regularly and placing orders accordingly.
- Updating medicine sheets
- Following up with clients for pre and post bookings.
- Coordinating with a Lab company for any lab reports and reporting to clients.
- Coordinating with Doctor and Beauty Therapist for any service and consultations.
