The Role

  • Client Management.
  • Booking appointments.
  • Calendar and google sheets update
  • Understanding product knowledge
  • Assigning medicine value to nurse
  • Acting as a bridge between nurses and clients for booking appointments.
  • Handing over medicines to nurses and double checking medicine values and quantities.
  • Verifying incentives (Upsell, referral, membership) and rosters for nurses.
  • Checking medicine stocks regularly and placing orders accordingly.
  • Updating medicine sheets
  • Following up with clients for pre and post bookings.
  • Coordinating with a Lab company for any lab reports and reporting to clients.
  • Coordinating with Doctor and Beauty Therapist for any service and consultations.
