- _They will review possible access codes and delivery instructions for assigned addresses and update records as necessary using the systems provided._
- _You monitor upcoming delivery attempts and work together with our delivery partners to determine the correct location in order to be able to initiate same-day parcel delivery._
- _In your interface function between customers and internal, cross-functional teams, you take an active responsibility in improving the delivery experience of our customers._
- _You will take on project-related tasks based on future quality initiatives in our distribution center._
- _You will be responsible for communicating with internal and external customers regarding our delivery methods._
- _You operate independent problem solving in terms of our customer satisfaction._
- _Handle verbal and written customer inquiries._
- _They act as an interface to our third-party providers._
