Heavy Machinery Viqa is operating in the 5th generation in Trading of Machines, Heavy Equipment and Recycling Solutions. We provide operation and maintenance services for recycling plants as per the client's requirements. HMV is a service provider for Mining, Quarries and Recycling. We provide quality Machinery and Equipment as well as outstanding service to our clients.

Job descriptions:

Exercise general control over all activities in Stores.
Ensure accuracy of the inventory management system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels
Making GRN of all the materials that we have received from supplier
Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
Organize the storage and distribution of products and ensure that the products are delivered to the right location/project on time.
Responsible for packing, labeling, and dispatching to the projects/ operational sites
Manage supplier relations and database as well as maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally
Responsible for shipping cancelled or damaged items back to suppliers as appropriate
Strictly follow best practice of physical inventory storage system and proper housekeeping at all time
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Head of Supply Chain

Qualifications:

Background in Construction, Heavy Vehicles is preferred
Proficient in Tally
Awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Management system principles
Knowledge of identification, handling, storing and disposal of wastes and expired items
Must have good knowledge in Inventory Management System
Willing to work in workshop / warehouse entity.
