- Local knowledge of Real Estate would be strongly preferred.
- Someone who believes in bringing in the best numbers and being rewarded for the same.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Relevant sales experience, including strategic sales, businesstobusiness sales and/or account
- Proven track record in developing strategic customer partnership and year over year revenue
- Building, maintaining, and restructuring relationships with the Real Estate Brokers, Freelance
- Demonstrated ability to support multiple product lines in a growing, fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of restructuring contract term and condition relating legal, finance and billing
- Ability to work across crossfunctional team to drive results with external and internal
- Supporting clients and assisting them with the paperwork whenever necessary
