QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluency in Chinese is a must (Read, Write)
  • Target oriented mindset, someone who understands the value of commissions more than the
salary itself.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Quick learner with a zeal to perform at a topnotch level.
  • Local knowledge of Real Estate would be strongly preferred.
  • Someone who believes in bringing in the best numbers and being rewarded for the same.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Relevant sales experience, including strategic sales, businesstobusiness sales and/or account
management organization.

  • Proven track record in developing strategic customer partnership and year over year revenue
growth.

  • Building, maintaining, and restructuring relationships with the Real Estate Brokers, Freelance
Property Consultants who can help and assist in bringing newer clients.

  • Demonstrated ability to support multiple product lines in a growing, fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of restructuring contract term and condition relating legal, finance and billing
  • Ability to work across crossfunctional team to drive results with external and internal
stakeholders.

  • Supporting clients and assisting them with the paperwork whenever necessary
