Car Quality Inspector

Job Summary:
A Car Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles produced or

serviced by a company meet the quality standards set by the organization and regulatory

bodies. This involves inspecting vehicles for defects, identifying non-conformities, and reporting

issues to the appropriate departments. The role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong

understanding of automotive mechanics, and technical communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards and

specifications

Use various tools and equipment to check for defects, such as measuring devices,

diagnostic software, and visual inspections

Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for safety, reliability, and

performance

Create reports detailing any defects or nonconformities found during inspections and

communicate them to relevant departments

Work with other department Stakeholders to continuously improve inspection

processes and methods

Maintain accurate records of inspections and findings
Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure quality

issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner

Supporting with insurance claims process in the event of any damages during transit or

during stock maintenance

Creating Car Specifications sheet based on the car specs and features

Qualifications:

Diploma or equivalent required; Graduate Level education in automotive technology or

quality control preferred

At least 2 years of experience in automotive quality control in the UAE
Mandatory UAE driving License
Strong knowledge of automotive mechanics and electrical systems primarily for

Chinese/Japanese/electric and other make models

Familiarity with diagnostic software and measuring tools used in quality control

inspections

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detailoriented with strong analytical skills
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other

departments and stakeholders

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to inspect in the open yard under Middle east weather condition
Ability to climb in and out of vehicles and access tight spaces for inspections
Ability to use to Gadgets and devices as required to perform the assigned roles and

responsibilities
