The Role

  • Create and plan menus in collaboration with the head chef. Oversee and train junior kitchen staff for consistent performance. Ensure high-quality dishes through taste tests and adherence to standards. Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste. Communicate and coordinate with other departments for seamless service.
