A young and fast growing start-up company is looking for Marketing Manager.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in related field; Master's Degree preferred
3+ years experience in Real Estate
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Ability to work independently
Must be fluent in Russian language

Responsibilities:

Produce valuable and engaging content for website and blog that attracts and converts target groups.
Working with influencers and ambassadors in the region for brand awareness.
Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
Market research and benchmarking of target markets, analysis of company products in relation to competitors.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and measuring ROI.
Working closely with the rest of the marketing team and other company departments to ensure a coordinated approach to marketing campaigns.
Maximising the use of company CRM and other marketing assets such as digital customer acquisition and social media marketing in UAE.
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
