    Quoting and Proposal Development:

    Prepare detailed quotations and proposals for clientsensuring accuracy in pricing scope of work and delivery timelines.

    Monitor project budgets expenses and profitability tracking costs and revenues to ensure projects are completed within budget and meet financial targets.

    Resource Allocation:

    Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements including manpower materials and equipment while optimizing utilization and minimizing costs.

    Provide leadership and direction to project teams fostering a collaborative and resultsoriented work environment and ensuring team members are aligned with project goals and objectives.

    Quality Assurance:

    Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle conducting regular inspections and quality checks to meet client expectations and company standards.
