Carter Murray is working to find a Marketing Manager for a boutique cosmetics company in Dubai.

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional in luxury Brands and event management with a passion in Beauty, Wellness & Lifestyle.

This multifaceted role will help launch the companies newly emerging B2C e-commerce/retail proposition.

The Role:

Develop effective marketing, digital, social and content strategies to position the organisation in the B2C market
Act as the point of contact for the Marketing & PR teams within the brands the organisation distributes
Develop and launch the ecommerce platforms with an understanding of customer acquisition, CRM, loyalty programmes
Create impactful brand appropriate influencer marketing campaigns
Track digital marketing performance
Manage the social media platforms from posts to engagement and analysis
Work on planning and executing events with B2B partners

The Requirements:

5+ years of marketing experience ideally within cosmetics (related industries will be considered)
Must have an interest in luxury markets, sustainable products or similar
Indepth ecommerce knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
Ability to work in a multifaceted role
