Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing needs.
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Customeroriented mindset and the ability to adapt/respond to various characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • College degree preferred.
