Description
Key Responsibilities- Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing needs.
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
- Customeroriented mindset and the ability to adapt/respond to various characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- College degree preferred.
