High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 5 years' experience in a food service environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Serve Safe certification or equivalents.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be English speaking & well educated
  • Know Microsoft office
  • Updated with all chemicals and materials using in kitchen
  • UAE 's experience
  • Awareness of all ADAFSA 's requirement " MSDS, PPE, Pest control."
  • HACCP certified
  • Food safety certified
  • Capability of the five key supervisory roles include Educator, Sponsor, Coach, Counselor, and managing the team and all his duties.
  • Must be flexible in his timings and covering any of his team in case of emergency.
  • Aware of all his responsibility.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
