Requirements:

Must have formwork experience.

Must be experienced in business development, creating new opportunities/clients and managing existing clients.

Must be able to manage Key Accounts from concept to completion.

Competitive, ambitious and goal orientated.

Independent, persistent, decisive, wants to take charge and show initiative.

Driving, energetic, has a strong sense of urgency to get things done.

Friendly, sociable, out-going, enjoys working with and selling ideas to people.

Understand and interpret technical drawings and ability to solution sell.

Be able to communicate and negotiate at all levels.

Have the confidence and ability to deliver technical presentations to a wide range of clients.

Excellent planning and organisation skills.

Good report writing skills and the ability to self-manage and to produce high quality and accurate work.


Role & Responsibilities:


Technical understanding of where the products are used and why they are used and the ability to link sell the full formwork & falsework product range.

To service existing business and develop new business opportunities across the UAE.

Create a sales strategy in collaboration with colleagues.

Efficient responses regarding all queries and pricing.

Provide input to yearly budget giving reasons and rationale.

Maintaining profit levels and management of sales and forecasting.

Representing the Company in a professional and ethical manner.

Attend exhibitions, seminars and workshops.

Engage with all departments and bring on board a cross sell-function.

Grow the pipeline of projects with a diverse and manageable client database.

Creating quotations, specifications and managing client expectations.

Follow up technical queries associated with quotes.

Attend site meetings, project meetings and consultant office meetings relating to projects.

Ability to deliver strategic plans in line with growth strategy.

Develop and maintain working relationships with contractors, consultants and clients.

Need to develop customer awareness of products/solutions to both internal and external customers. Promoting the value of the product.

Key Account Management and identifying key decision makers in the process.

Produce accurate and thorough monthly sales reports.
