Real Estate Agent Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Meet with clients to determine their property needs, preferences, financials, and motivations. Offer guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.

Market Analysis: Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value. Understand real estate market trends and provide clients with information to make informed decisions.

Listing Properties: Prepare and list properties for sale. Includes taking photographs, creating listings, and advertising properties through various channels such as MLS, social media, and real estate websites.

Conducting Viewings: Arrange and conduct property showings, open houses, and other events to market properties and attract potential buyers.

Negotiation and Sales: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring fair and honest dealings. Prepare offer letters, negotiate on behalf of clients, and guide them through the process of accepting or making offers.

Documentation: Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.) and ensure all transactions are legal, binding, and in the best interest of the client.

Networking: Develop a network of attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors to whom clients may be referred.

Continuing Education and Training: Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and best practices through continuing education courses and real estate seminars.


Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field is advantageous.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and professionals.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure the best terms for clients.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple clients, listings, and negotiations effectively.

Technology Skills: Proficiency in real estate software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with social media and digital marketing strategies for property listings.

Market Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, trends, and regulations.

A commission-based salary structure

Salary:
AED10, AED15,000.00 per month
