As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Telephone Attender to join our team.
As a Telephone Attender at our Electronic Service Center, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and providing basic technical support over the phone.
This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of electronic devices, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and promptly addressing customer inquiries and requests
- Providing basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance over the phone
- Scheduling service appointments and coordinating with technicians
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Providing product information and guiding customers on service options
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring a positive resolution
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an electronics or technical support environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of electronic devices and their functionalities
- Ability to handle multiple phone calls and inquiries simultaneously
- Exceptional problemsolving and organizational abilities
- Customerfocused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and standard office software
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, as required

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
