Ingenious Digital Marketing Management is dynamic and innovative. We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and contribute to our Company.

Position Overview:

As a Graphic Designer at Ingenious Digital Marketing Management, you will be key in shaping our brand identity and visual communication.

Working closely with the marketing and creative teams, you will be responsible for translating concepts into compelling visual designs that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and Design:

Develop creative and visually stunning designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to digital ads, social media content, print collateral and website assets.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and materials, adhering to established brand guidelines while seeking opportunities to enhance and evolve the brand.

Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

Research and Trends:

Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative design concepts to the team.

Feedback and Revisions:
Participate in design reviews, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on constructive criticism and project requirements.

File Management:
Maintain organized files and project documentation to ensure efficient collaboration and easy access to design assets.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

Software Skills:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Knowledge of Aftereffects and Premiere Pro is a plus.

Creativity:
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts.

Communication:

Strong verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.

Salary:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month
