Job Description - Finance Manager (temporary role 4 months)
Job Responsibilities

  • Management and supervision of the Group's Finance & Accounting function
  • Ensure Company's compliance with the DFSA rules and regulations.
  • Preparation and submission of PIB returns through EPRS in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring that the Company maintains adequate Capital Resources and liquid assets, at all times.
  • Monitoring the Company's EBCM
  • Liaising with the external auditors, internal auditors, compliance officer, lawyers and relevant authorities
  • Preparation of budget and financial projections; anticipating issues, stress events
  • Oversee/review of Funds' accounts and NAV Reports prepared by the administrators and keep a direct interaction with them.
  • Establish and monitor the implementation of the Company's financial policies, procedures, systems and controls.
  • Monitor and review financial transactions.
  • Ensure timely submission of VAT returns.
  • Ensure compliance with CRS/FATCA and ESR submissions to the Ministry of Finance.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years' experience in DFSA as Finance Officer
  • Must have excellent knowledge of IFRS, Accounting Standards and Investment Fund Accounting processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of DFSA and DIFC rules and regulations
  • Well versed with CRS/FATCA/ESR and VAT Regulations
  • Experience in Corporate and Fund accounting
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks
