Reporting to the Middle East General Manager and the EMEA Supply Chain and Logistics Director, this position is key in supporting our ambition for the Brand.

In this role, you will be responsible for structuring operations with the Warehouse and Stores in Middle East and with EMEA warehouses and transportation teams.


LOGISTICS OPERATIONS

  • Improve the logistics processes
  • Coordinate Customs clearance if any
  • Implement and monitor Last mile delivery services
  • Coordinate Event, Resort and Store opening logistics operations and ecommerce activity
  • Coordinate the local Supply chain activity with EMEA Supply chain team

LOCAL WAREHOUSE SUPERVISION

  • You will supervise Louis Vuitton local warehouse team and ensure that service to our final clients and to stores is reached according to our Service Level Agreement.
  • Lead projects to further develop the Logistics structure and services in the region, including potential other logistics sites
  • Budget Coordination with finance
  • Network with other LV Distribution centers for operational solutions (e.g. order and stock management)
  • Liaise with EMEA Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure smooth implementation of projects and operations management
  • Liaise with IS&T teams/ zone Digital / zone Supply Chain and Logistics regularly to share details and best practices for projects specific to improving our operation.

Minimum Requirements:


Qualification:


  • Masters Degree in Logistics / Operations / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of experience in Distribution, Logistics, Supply Chain or Project management, in a retail specialty environment, or luxury environment
