Reports directly to the Membership Sales & Guest Relations Manager and Membership Associate Supervisors.

The Junior Membership Associate is primarily responsible for building genuine, long-lasting relationships with Members and is fundamentally focused on making a real impact on people's lives.

Identifies, recommends, and truly believes in our offerings.

Demonstrates a solid understanding of all services, Tracks, and offerings within the Bridge premises and identifies opportunities for up-selling as well as promoting our values when appropriate.

Creates awareness and understanding among existing and potential Members of each Track. JMA shows creativity with ideas regarding meeting business demands and targets.


Is responsible for presenting and communicating transparent inputs that will both represent the vision, values, and full offerings of The Bridge Lifestyle Hub.

| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

| SALES

  • Reports to the Supervisor Membership Associate and Membership Sales & Guest Relations Manager and helps maintain a very high level of sales interactions with our Members to enhance our brand's overall image and warmth.
  • Assists in executing sales activities and events in line with the annual sales and marketing plan to achieve/exceed the budget and sales strategy of the Bridge.
  • Facilitates proactive sales actives incl. but not limited to industry fairs, trips, telesales, appointments, and Members' entertaining. Delivers marketleading performance and maintains an awareness of competitors' activities.
  • Suggests best practices and takes a proactive approach to sales. Anticipates potential opportunities and develops new ones.
  • Supports increasing business volumes by maintaining excellent business relationships with new/existing corporate/ individual customers.

| MARKETING

  • Assists on the implementation of marketing campaigns to ensure delivery within the set deadlines. Supports in the preparation of campaigns and plans.
  • Facilitates all promotional events and assists all customers with membership and registration processes, resolving all issues if needed.
  • Assists the Visual Communicator on daily tasks and ensures all content and deliverables are on schedule.
  • Assists in planning and coordinating promotions for all The Bridge tracks, managing marketing calendars daily.
  • Designs and implements bestinclass tracking of all web activity and leads.
  • Drives awareness of the brand and overall brand image.

| OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

  • Maintains effective working relationships with relevant parties/market leaders to boost offerings and services of the Bridge.
  • Exhibits a professional attitude, diplomacy, and ability to handle difficult situations.
  • Executes gracious front desk procedures in the handling of customers' needs.

| ADMINISTRATION

  • Helps in summarization of collected data in a useable format, reports on the revenue and commercial opportunities for the assigned segment.
  • Assists in conducting customer satisfaction surveys and reports results and suggestions to the Membership Sales & Guest Relations Manager.
  • Supports and participates in any audit being carried out at the Bridge in absence of the Supervisor Membership Associate.

| INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Ascertains a high degree of anticipation and maintains a Net Promoter Score.
  • Increases awareness of TB App, and continually suggests enrollment to potential new Members. Ensures that the digital platform is fully utilized as intended.
  • Performs any reasonable task required that might be outside the job scope in the spirit of collaboration.

| SUSTAINED LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

  • Participates in regular staff meetings to keep up to date on all TB operations on a monthly, weekly and/or daily basis.
  • Consistently develops and grows sales through training, tools, and monitoring.
  • Maximizes opportunities for selfdevelopment to upgrade his/her knowledge and skills by actively participating in TB internal/external initiatives as well as App.
  • Suggests an enhancement of existing Tracks Experience Procedures, searches of possibilities for further growth, and efficiency of Sales activities.

| HYGIENE & SAFETY

  • Maintains a high level of personal hygiene, seeks feedback on areas of shortfall and complies with the Grooming Experience Procedure.
  • Complies with all Health & Safety regulations as directed by Law and The Bridge Experience Procedures while performing daily duties at all times.
  • Takes responsibility for reporting any hazard and follows up to ensure the execution of required actions.

| POSITION REQUIREMENTS

| EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors or Masters's degree in Management, Administration, Hospitality, Business, or its equivalent.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
