The Creative Consultancy's mission is to create, innovate, and drive creative best practices on TikTok, in partnership with our clients and creative partners.

The Creative Consultancy's main objective is to elevate the creative content on the platform and demonstrate the power of TikTok as a cultural and creative catalyst for our clients to capture a bigger share of the future.


Job responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the Head of Creative Consultancy to ensure highquality creative deliverables that meet the Creative Consultancy department's vision, standards, and overall pod business objectives.
  • Develop creative strategies and responses to inbound RFPs with the ultimate purpose of converting or growing client original spending.
  • Support in the development of Creative Strategy workshops to support sales in unlocking longterm partnerships through alwayson strategies.
  • Champion Creative Consultancy passion projects that elevate the creative excellence of the content on the platform while ultimately serving a business goal.
  • Support clients and partners with creative production.
  • Promote the work, the results, the successes, the best practices, and the learnings from the Creative Consultancy department to external audiences through case study development.

Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated experience as a Creative or Creative Strategist
  • Prior experience in a brand/ creative strategy role either in advertising or on the client side, and you are passionate about it.
  • You are a TikTok expert. You live and breathe TikTok and understand the power of the platform, its communities, and why we are called the last sunny corner on the internet.
  • You are a visual master. You know how to bring your ideas to life and convince others via the right imagery, references and examples.
  • You are a Storyteller. You have the ability to translate complex business problems into compelling creative strategies that drive breakthroughs and inspire great creative execution.
  • You are a selfstarter. You like to get your hands dirty. You are capable of managing your own projects in a fastgrowing startup.
  • You are a selfcontrol master. You don't crack under pressure. You have the ability to work in a fastpaced environment under tight deadlines.
