Job description
Positive attitude and delivers consistently 100% customer satisfaction toward holiday home guests.

Responsible in Monitoring all bookings, arranging cleaning, ensuring inventory, guest inquiry to all travel portals. Coordinating guest check-in and check-out with the liaison officer.

Coordinating with liaison officer & landlord all maintenance (if any), Cleaning & Laundry services, all kinds of guest requests pertaining to their stay, sanitization, health, and safety measures, making sure all units are in good and tidy condition.

Updating the monthly calendar (availability of units, maintenance or renovation works required).


To contribute and play a major role in the holiday homes expansion by adding more properties under short-term rentals, getting more clients for short-term rentals, and monitoring the price competition in the market.


Salary:
AED3, AED4,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Admin: 12 years (required)

Pay:
AED4, AED4,500.00 per month
