Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficient financial management.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.

Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial audits and reviews.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial analysis techniques.
Experience in the real estate sector is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and lead teams effectively.
