Qualification and experience:

Minimum 12 year experience in providing classes in group environment
Certification in Group leadership or equivalent exercise to music course
Current certification in group programs from an international or nationally recognized organization as defined in the country of origin or country of current employment
University degree or Higher education preferred and of / (current) Personal training certification
Current CPR certification
Current AED certification
REP's registered or the equivalent qualification.
2x LESMILLS program certified employees have to maintain their qualification by attending quarterly workshops and must purchase new education materials Job

Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare and deliver group fitness and sport program classes to clients according to prescribed program, in a certain way and required standard
Plan, prepare and deliver group exercise classes to clients according to prescribed program, in a certain way and required standard
Minimum of one LESMILLS class delivered per day.
Scheduled for up to 23 classes a day with favorability of 1 high physical exertion class taught daily.
Plan, prepare and deliver Personal Training to clients according to prescribed program, in a certain way and required standard.
Plan and prepare music compilations for the group fitness and group exercise program he/she is delivering to members
Educate and assist members on exercise equipment, physical fitness, and realistic physical expectations while on Service Duty
