Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and direction for the clinic, overseeing all aspects of operations, including clinical services, administration, and staff management.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and best practices in healthcare delivery.
Manage and optimize clinic resources, including staffing, facilities, equipment, and supplies, to ensure efficient and effective operation of clinical services.
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, including physicians, nurses, administrative personnel, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professionalism.
Monitor and evaluate clinic performance, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes, implementing quality improvement initiatives and addressing areas for improvement as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare providers, specialists, and allied health professionals to coordinate patient care, referrals, and multidisciplinary treatment plans, ensuring continuity of care and positive patient experiences.
Oversee clinic scheduling, appointment management, and patient flow processes to optimize patient access, minimize wait times, and maximize clinic efficiency.
Manage clinic finances, including budgeting, revenue cycle management, billing, and collections, to ensure financial sustainability and achieve budgetary targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, referring physicians, insurance providers, and regulatory authorities, to enhance the clinic's reputation and market presence.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in healthcare technology and management practices, and incorporate relevant knowledge and innovations into clinic operations.
