Overview:

Responsibilities:


Identify New Business Opportunities:

  • Research and identify potential clients in the corporate sector.
  • Actively prospect for new business through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.

Build and Maintain Client Relationships:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client needs and requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and address any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
  • Present and promote our range of corporate gift products and services to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close deals and achieve revenue goals.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as production and logistics to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and insights to improve overall sales performance.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for management review.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales in the corporate gifts industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish longterm relationships with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a focus on closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Driving License required.

Pay:
AED6, AED6,500.00 per month
