Overview:
Responsibilities:
Identify New Business Opportunities:
- Research and identify potential clients in the corporate sector.
- Actively prospect for new business through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
Build and Maintain Client Relationships:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client needs and requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and address any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
- Present and promote our range of corporate gift products and services to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close deals and achieve revenue goals.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as production and logistics to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and insights to improve overall sales performance.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for management review.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales in the corporate gifts industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish longterm relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a focus on closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Driving License required.
Pay:
AED6, AED6,500.00 per month
