TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (CAFM EXPERIENCE PREFERRED)

Summary:


Responsibilities:

-
CAFM Management

  • Manage the implementation and ongoing operation of the CAFM system.
  • Configure and customize the CAFM system to meet the specific needs of the organization.
  • Develop and maintain data standards and procedures for the CAFM system.
  • Train staff on the use of the CAFM system.
  • Generate reports and analyze data from the CAFM system to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze and identify opportunities for improvement in the utilization of the CAFM system.
  • Collaborate with operations departments to ensure seamless integration of the CAFM system with other business systems.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in CAFM technology and evaluate potential upgrades or migration to new systems.

Technology Infrastructure:


  • Assist in managing and maintaining the company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Monitor system performance and identify potential issues, taking proactive measures to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
  • Research and recommend new technologies and tools that can improve efficiency, optimize workflows, and enhance operational capabilities.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the technology industry and market needs relevant to the company's operations.

Support and Training:


  • Provide technical support and training to staff on the use of the CAFM system and other relevant technologies.
  • Develop and implement user guides, knowledge base articles, and training materials to ensure effective technology adoption.

Communication and Collaboration:


  • Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to understand their needs and identify technology solutions to improve their work processes.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with CAFM systems.
  • Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing CAFM systems.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with SmartFM (Nanosoft) is a plus.

AED5, AED6,000.00 per month
