TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (CAFM EXPERIENCE PREFERRED)
Summary:
Responsibilities:

CAFM Management
- Manage the implementation and ongoing operation of the CAFM system.
- Configure and customize the CAFM system to meet the specific needs of the organization.
- Develop and maintain data standards and procedures for the CAFM system.
- Train staff on the use of the CAFM system.
- Generate reports and analyze data from the CAFM system to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze and identify opportunities for improvement in the utilization of the CAFM system.
- Collaborate with operations departments to ensure seamless integration of the CAFM system with other business systems.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in CAFM technology and evaluate potential upgrades or migration to new systems.
Technology Infrastructure:
- Assist in managing and maintaining the company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues, taking proactive measures to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Research and recommend new technologies and tools that can improve efficiency, optimize workflows, and enhance operational capabilities.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the technology industry and market needs relevant to the company's operations.
Support and Training:
- Provide technical support and training to staff on the use of the CAFM system and other relevant technologies.
- Develop and implement user guides, knowledge base articles, and training materials to ensure effective technology adoption.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to understand their needs and identify technology solutions to improve their work processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with CAFM systems.
- Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing CAFM systems.
- Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with SmartFM (Nanosoft) is a plus.

AED5, AED6,000.00 per month
Experience:
Information Technology: 4 years (preferred)
