Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Developing comprehensive media and marketing strategies for clients across various industries.
Pitching and

New Business:
Lead and organize compelling pitches to prospective clients. Leverage your pitching experience to win new business and expand the client base.

Client Service and relationship:Demonstrated skills to develop and manage excellent client relationships. Develop KPI and measurements to ensure results.
Researched insight: Explore business growth through constant research to identify growth opportunities and business development.
Leadership: Lead manage and constantly develop the team to sustain and grow a team that delivers results in their assigned area of function.
Data-

Driven Approach:
Utilize data analytics and insights to optimize strategies, measure campaign effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.

Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, media platforms, and industry best practices to drive innovation and maintain a leading position in the market.
Target : Aed 3.5 million per annum in the first year and 25% thereown

Requirements:

Minimum of 34 years of experience in similar campaigns with agencies within the media, advertising, or marketing industry.
Strong analytical and presentation skills both internally and externally.
Creative thisket and team player.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
Strong passion for media, advertising, and technology.

Salary:
AED17, AED18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
