We offer:
- Work hours: 10am
- 4pm
- 50 AED bonus on every live listing
- 1% commission on every close deal from the listing
- Work visa after 1 month probation
- Basic Insurance
Responsibilities:
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- Deescalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling questions
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Update CRM after every call
- Social media promotion of properties
Requirements:
- Fluent English language
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to connect with clients
- Ability to work independently
Salary:
From AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
