Job Title:

Sales Business Development Manager**
Job Summary:The Sales Business Development Manager in an interior fit-out company is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities while also managing and growing existing client accounts.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales expertise, relationship building, and industry knowledge to drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:


  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitors.
  • Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and identify areas for business expansion.

Lead Generation:


  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Qualify leads to determine their fit for interior fitout services.

Sales Strategy Development:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Create sales forecasts and set targets for revenue growth.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Proposal Development:


  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the design and project management teams to create tailored solutions for clients.

Negotiation and Closing:


  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and other aspects of the deal to secure new projects.
  • Close sales and ensure that contracts are signed and projects are initiated.

Pipeline Management:


  • Maintain a sales pipeline and CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress.

Team Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with the interior design and project management teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Coordinate with marketing and branding efforts to support lead generation.

Industry Knowledge:


  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in interior fitout services.
  • Share knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the interior fitout industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Indepth knowledge of interior fitout processes, materials, and design principles.

Salary:
AED10, AED12,000.00 per month


Experience:

- business development manager, sales, interior fit out: 3 years (preferred)
Business Developments: 1 year (preferred)


Ability to Commute:

  • Dubai (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Dubai: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
