We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced freelance Six Sigma Trainer who is fluent in Arabic who will be responsible for delivering training programs and workshops in the Arabic language to our clients

Required Date:
16th July - 20th July 2023

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive Six Sigma training programs, including Green Belt, Black Belt, and Champion levels, in Arabic.
Ensure that training materials and content are tailored to meet the specific needs and cultural nuances of Arabicspeaking participants.
Organize and lead interactive workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions in Arabic to guide participants through the various stages of Six Sigma implementation.
Customize existing training materials and resources to incorporate Arabic language and cultural references. Translate materials as needed and ensure that the content is accurate and culturally appropriate for the target audience.
Evaluate participant performance and progress through various assessment methods, such as quizzes, assignments, and project reviews. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to support participants' development and improvement.

Requirements:

Fluency in Arabic is essential, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate and deliver training programs to Arabicspeaking participants.
Relevant authorized Six Sigma certifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering to Business Administration will be an added adantage
Strong expertise in Six Sigma methodologies, principles, and tools, with a track record of successful project implementations.
Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Six Sigma trainer or consultant, delivering training programs and workshops.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants in an interactive learning environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
