Description

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and effective placement of Group Medical policies.

Your responsibilities will include leading a small team of placement staff, overseeing the underwriting process, and liaising with insurers to secure the best policies for our clients.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in Employee Benefits (EB) with a focus on placement and underwriting in the UAE market
Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in a science field
Solid understanding of insurer plans and processes
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a small team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
