Hiring a Interior Architect for Dubai.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee the construction or renovation of interior spaces, including residential, commercial, and public buildings.
  • Develop concept sketches, drawings, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
  • Select materials, furnishings, and finishes to create a cohesive and functional design.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs meet building codes, safety regulations, and structural requirements.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Keep uptodate with the latest trends and innovations in interior design.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in interior architecture or a related field.
  • Strong creative vision and excellent design skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and structural requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
