We are looking for a Social Media & Content Executive to support our Social Media Manager.

  • Content Planning: Support the Social Media Manager and local Country Marketing Managers to create a content calendar to promote merchant offers, drive offer redemption rate, increase customer engagement and support marketing campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and other multimedia content. Ensure that the content aligns with the company's brand and messaging.
  • Content Posting: This includes maintaining content calendars, scheduling posts, and analysing the performance of posts.

Global Teams:

Coordinate with the Country Marketing Managers and Customer Service to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to social media activities.


  • Community Management: Monitor and engage with the online community. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels. Foster positive relationships with followers and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use social media analytics tools to track the performance of social media efforts. Provide regular reports on key metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversions. Use insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms. Keep an eye on competitors' social media activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Experience required:

  • Excellent English language skills and Arabic is a big plus
  • You are proficient in multimedia content creation tools, graphic design, and video editing tools (Canva, InShot, Photoshop or anything similar)
  • 2 years of content creation experience for social media
  • A thorough understanding of all social platforms
