The company needs an experienced, energetic, enthusiastic, self-driven, team leader and well-organized
Sales Manager who has a strong experience for
Sports Flooring, Kids Play Area Floorings, Indoor & Outdoor Floorings
and Landscaping to join our team based in Dubai


We are looking for a full-time, detail-oriented European Sales Manager whose role includes building and leading a team of salespeople to help drive sales revenue.

  • Sales managers must motivate their teams to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.
  • Critical thinker and able to make quick decision if needed.
  • Must have a thorough understanding of the products and services we sell and master at relationship building, and are able to win clients, customers, and profits.
  • Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily checkins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
  • Manage the monthend and yearend close processes.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Superb leadership ability
  • Critical thinker and able to make quick decision if needed.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, or Civil and Architecture related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in Kids and Play Equipment / Recreational Facilities industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local operations in the Kids Playground field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Excellent client management skills and experience.
  • Preferably with Driving License.
