MH ALGADDAGH Trading company looking for Arabic Female secretary who's fully aware of basic secretarial tasks. She speaks excellent English, knowledge of Russian is preferred, and has computer skills.

  • Greet visitors and attend to their needs. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff.
- take messages and schedule appointments.

  • Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant inside UAE.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities Arabic/English (required)

Salary:
AED2, AED4,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
