Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • 10 years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priority
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Pay:
AED6, AED8,000.00 per month
