Description
We are urgently in need of a
Training Officer to work for our client in Dubai.

  • Strong knowledge of Training needs & analysis
  • Manage and maintain training budget

Strong knowledge or experience in 5-star hotels' training standards & procedures (PNP):

  • Experience in delivering & maintaining training needs for large scale company
  • Knowledge & experience in delivering soft skills & behavioural training.
  • Knowledge in valet parking training in terms of soft skills & personal grooming training.
  • Good knowledge and experience in performance assessment & management.
  • Experience in providing gap analysis, performance evaluations & performance training matrix.
  • Able to visit operations location and conduct On-Site training.

Salary AED5,000 - 8,000 (depending on experience) all inclusive_
